Extract the app, activate your pass, and set up your screen references. No developer tools or ChatGPT are needed.
01 / OPEN THE APP
Extract first. Then launch.
Right-click the downloaded ZIP and choose Extract All. Open the extracted SquadQueue folder and run SquadQueueCustomer.exe on Windows 11, 64-bit.
Run the executable from the extracted folder each time.
02 / ACTIVATE YOUR PASS
Sign in with your Discord account.
- In the app, choose Activate in browser.
- Sign in to the exact Discord account your seller used when issuing your license.
- Paste the license key sent privately by your seller and choose Activate this PC.
- Return to the desktop app when the page says your pass is active.
The app's link fills in a temporary desktop pairing code. If that field is empty or the link expires, open a fresh activation link from the app. The pairing code and your license key are different.
03 / SET UP SCREEN RECOGNITION
Capture the cues for your game.
Use Fortnite's English interface, select your desired mode with Squad / Fill, and turn automatic ready-up Off while setting up. Stop the session before changing settings or references.
- Lobby navigation: capture stable text such as LOCKER. Avoid Build or Zero Build labels that change with the selected mode.
- In-match HUD: capture a stable icon, without changing numbers.
- Squad eliminated: capture a distinctive result landmark such as YOU PLACED, without its number. It should stay absent while spectating a living teammate.
- Lobby Play / Ready: capture the clickable button text.
- Results Play Again: capture the clickable text on the match results screen.
- Victory Royale: capture the distinctive win banner separately to support ready-up after wins.
- Token reward (optional): capture the YOU FOUND / PIRATE SHOP ACCESS banner when visible.
The dashboard shows how many of the five required cues are configured. Victory Royale is an additional reference for wins. Follow the app's capture instructions and choose small, distinctive, stable areas.
04 / START YOUR SESSION
Check the cues, then turn ready-up on.
First start in observe mode and check that cues match the correct screens. Stop, turn automatic ready-up On, then select Start session and bring Fortnite to the foreground.
Use Stop session to stop. F8 also stops when the dashboard confirms the shortcut is available. Run one copy of the companion at a time.
The app queues the mode already selected in Fortnite. It recognizes visible screens and clicks Play / Play Again; it does not play matches, find off-screen loot, or collect items.

Day: 24 hours · Week: 7 days · Month: 30 days, starting at first activation.
One license belongs to one Discord account and one PC. Ask your seller about hardware changes. Keep an internet connection available for license checks.
No automatic billing. Contact your seller to renew. Early renewals add time to the existing expiry; an expired pass starts its renewed time when the seller approves it.
Need help?
Activation declined: check the Discord account and license key, then retry using a fresh link from the app on the licensed PC.
Start unavailable: finish the five required screen references, or use observe mode for setup.
Cue not matching: check the game is visible and recapture a stable landmark. Game updates, HUD changes, and display settings can require recalibration.
